40 minute run outside followed by my uber-boring physio exercises. What a difference a good night sleep makes though - I did the same run that I did earlier this week but this time I didn’t stop at all!

LAST DAY OF SUMMER SCHOOOLLL!!! I am officially on my holidays after 3 weeks of volunteer work! I’m going out for a big meal with all the zoo folk to celebrate which is nice. I also had a good physio sesh and got some more exercises to do - he even showed me that I CAN squat if I put a wee platform under my heels to counteract my rubbish ankle flexibility! So yes, there will be food, beer and general merriment on my part this evening. Then for the next 4 weeks before I go to Florida I will slowly build up my running! Happy days!
